AutoRead
AutoRead is an AI feature included in OMNi using state-of- the-art Maritime Message Recognition technology to scan messages and convert them into useful and searchable information; we display the key points in a separate field for easy access and automatic classification.
The details detected are vessel and position related, while are used for our LgPositions, Orders and SNP products as well. Developed with advanced algorithms, it ensures accurate email identification and classification. This means automatic updates, streamlined data organization, and swift retrieval throughout the Telix message management system!
Positions
LgPositions can automatically track vessel positions from received messages.
This module provides a good snapshot of the market’s vessel positions depicted by area or on a worldwide scale. Available positions can be gathered in lists by dates, size, area and vessel type, using AutoRead. It is easy to produce lists with positions and compare these messages from multiple senders, as Orders. In addition, each position is accompanied by the vessel’s description, aiming to assist users further chartering brokers and ship owners alike.
Orders
Orders is a valuable tool to manage order and cargo information for chartering brokers and ship owners alike.
Thousands of messages are being sent by your company, which our module reviews; duplicate information is eliminated and keeps relevant details, which is translated into cargoes using AutoRead. Available cargoes can be gathered by dates, size, area, commissions, source and account. It is easy to produce lists with cargoes and compare these messages from multiple senders.
SNP
SNP focuses on assisting S & P brokers to manage vessels efficiently and swiftly.
Whether you have messaged regarding a vessel or inquiry about vessel details, such as size, type, country/yard built and/or year built, SNP provides the relevant information, using AutoRead; a mouse click on a Purchase inquiry brings up a list of suitable recent Sale offers and vice versa!
This module offers flexible and fast assistance to shipbrokers to advise their clientele and seize the best opportunities. The system also adapts to new industry advancements, making it a future-proof solution!
Ports
Ports provide the ability to view location and port details appear on the map.
The tool aims to assist in searching the port which fits your vesselʼs docking needs. By combining the criteria you prefer, such as port size, type, restrictions and available equipment, you are able to evaluate the appropriate port for a journey.
Ports also offers links to the other OMNi modules (i.e. Positions, Messages/documents, Address book), and useful websites, as Marine Traffic, Vessel Tracker, Weather, Windy, etc.
